OUR STORY
IADWP (International Association of Destination Wedding Professionals) was created with the express purpose of helping to educate Travel Agents and Wedding Planners that specialize in Romance Travel. Besides our educational conferences and trade shows, we offer our members the opportunity to utilize our association website to research destinations, hotels / resorts, photographers, and vendors servicing the needs of engaged couples planning their destination weddings and honeymoons.
IADWP originated 15-years ago as MeWed, curating conferences and trade shows for Destination Wedding professionals interested in increasing their knowledge of Mexico, Mexican resorts and Mexican vendors, so they could be more knowledgeable in assisting their clients. Today, as IADWP, we have grown to be the largest association of its kind offering international conferences, seminars, webinars and certification programs for its members to assure that they are always on the cutting edge of the industry.
